Seaview Ashtanga Flow Twist @Senegliss Surf School Corniche des Almadies
Senegliss Surf School

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga where poses seamlessly flow together, creating a continuous sequence of movement.
Ashtanga Flow follows a set sequence of poses, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and breath control in a structured practice.
Yin Yang Flow combines the deep, meditative stretches of Yin yoga with the invigorating, active sequences of Yang yoga, offering a balanced practice.

In Aerial Yoga, you float in the air supported by large silks, experiencing a unique sense of lightness and freedom. Each class includes creative flows, balanced sequences with stretches, twists, and inversions.
The practice helps improve flexibility, strength, and alignment while offering a playful and challenging workout. You'll feel both relaxed and invigorated as you explore new dimensions of movement. Perfect for all levels, Aerial Yoga encourages mindfulness and a deeper connection to your body.

Swap the mat for a paddleboard: The board becomes your yoga mat, challenging your balance and core strength. Practicing yoga on the water adds an element of tranquility and connection with nature.
Each class offers a unique experience as you flow through poses while floating on gentle waves. SUP Yoga enhances stability, focus, and mindfulness, making it a refreshing and invigorating practice. Suitable for all levels, it provides a fun and serene way to engage both mind and body.

Yogastics is a dynamic class that combines yoga, aerial yoga, and gymnastics for children. It offers a playful approach to learning yoga poses while incorporating the excitement of aerial movements. Children improve their flexibility, strength, and balance in a fun and engaging environment.
Yogastics also focuses on mindfulness, teaching children breathing techniques and meditation practices to help them relax and stay centered. Each class ends with a calming relaxation session.
Movement has always been part of who I am. As a child I dreamed of becoming a circus performer without knowing that this playful love for movement would one day become my profession.
I began practicing Yoga in 2004, during the final year of my translation studies and while pregnant with my first child. At that time, Yoga became an anchor, bringing strength, clarity, and balance into a deeply transformative phase of my life. It offered me not only physical practice, but also a sense of grounding and connection. Over the years, I trained with international teachers and completed several certifications that eventually led to my 500 hour RYT qualification.
In 2017 I founded 3 Elements Yoga in Dakar. I was the first to introduce Aerial Yoga for adults and children in the city and helped pioneer this uplifting practice in the community.
The name 3 Elements reflects the essence of my teaching:
Earth represents my grounding Vinyasa classes on the mat.
Air is expressed in my Aerial Yoga sessions in the hammocks.
Water comes alive in my Stand Up Paddle Yoga classes on the ocean.
My approach is warm, mindful and accessible. Whether on the mat, in the air or on the water my intention remains the same. I create practices that strengthen the body, calm the mind and help you reconnect with yourself. Teaching Yoga in Dakar allows me to combine movement with culture and language and to share Yoga in the places where I feel most alive such as by the ocean, in the studio and sometimes even upside down.
